Step 3

Remove the black glue next to iPhone WIFI IC. In order to remove the iPhone WIFI IC, first we need to remove the black glue around the iPhone WIFI module IC. Use QUICK 861DW hot air rework station to heat black glue, and then carefully use Qianli tweezers to remove the black glue.

In this part, we should pay more attention, because it's easy to damage the small components or layer board circuits next to the iPhone WIFI.

Step 4

Remove the iPhone CPU cover shield on the back of the WIFI. Because removing WiFi requires a hot air gun to pry it down at high temperatures. The back side of the iPhone WIFI has a front camera seat, iPhone small audio IC and CPU. The iPhone small audio IC and iPhone CPU all was covered by glue.

After removing the iPhone CPU cover shield, you can use apply some high temperature resistance tape to protect the iPhone CPU.
