How to Remove iCloud from iPhone 6 - Hardware Solution
iOS 7 brought many new features, one of which is called iCloud lock. This function consists of a password you have to enter to activate your iPhone. Use phone opening tools to disassemble the iPhone 6, remove the iPhone display screen, disconnect the iPhone battery, and then remove the iPhone motherboard.

Use Mechanic Tweezers to remove the shied cover from the iPhone motherboard, and then we need to remove the iPhone main CPU and iPhone baseband CPU.

Put iPhone motherboard on the A22+ PCB fixture, use hot air gun and BGA graver to remove the iPhone main CPU, please be careful and patient. After the iPhone main CPU is removed, we need to remove the iPhone baseband CPU, and then use hot ait gun and tweezers to remove iPhone baseband CPU.

Next, we need to remove the iPhone Nand flash, use QUICK 861DW hot air rework station to heat the iPhone Nand flash, and use BGA remove blade to scrape it, and then remove the iPhone Nand flash.

In order to remove the iCloud from the iPhone, we need to replace the iPhone main CPU, iPhone CPU upper, iPhone baseband CPU, iPhone baseband eeprom IC, iPhone Nand flash, and iPhone fingerprint button.

Now install a new iPhone main CPU. Use hot air gun to smoke rosin to the iPhone main CPU solder pad, put iPhone main CPU on the right position, and then use hot air gun to install it. Apply some solder paste to the solder pad, put iPhone Nand flash to the right position, and then install it to the motherboard.

Put iPhone motherboard under a Black Simul-Focal Microscope, we start to remove the iPhone baseband eeprom IC from the motherboard, and then install a new iPhone baseband IC to the motherboard.

Nest step, we need to replace the iPhone fingerprint button. Remove the old iPhone fingerprint button, and then install the new button.

Assemble the iPhone 6, connect it to computer, and then restore it with iTunes, and then we can start to activate it.
